Our core belief is that great customer engagement starts by empowering the agents and business owners with solutions which are intuitive, informative, easy to use and manage.   OmniChannel has become a requirement to allow customers to engage on any media, anytime and anywhere; Symbee is the connected fabric that brings it all together.

Jerry Perkins

Co-Founder and CEO

Jerry Perkins was also co-founded ACT, Inc, one of Avaya’s first integration partners for CTI, CRM and Custom Software Integration.  After selling ACT, Inc. to Cross Telecom, Jerry held consulting and leadership positions with global organizations helping to develop and deploy key Contact Center Infrastructure and Applications.   He spent 18 months with and was an early employee who developed their Solution Architecture Practice within the Professional Services Organization.


At Symbee, Jerry and the company’s leadership team focus on developing differentiated software that help companies with their digital transformation strategy.  These engagement based solutions are designed to bring the customer, company and agent together with the goal of advancing the customer engagement strategy into the cloud while enhancing technology investments.

Lance Guthrie

Co-Founder and CTO

With over 25 years experience, Lance’s background in large and medium sized corporations started in carrier side telephony but latterly focused on contact center software development and architecture. He has been in the unique position of being a vendor and an end user, which enables him bring perspective and objectivity to projects and product development.


Lance Guthrie is responsible for leading the development team at Symbee and aligning solutions to our team’s vision of the future.  He is also responsible for delivering key applications with our customer engagements, omnichannel and video solutions to align with ever changing business needs.

 Robert Killory

Chief Revenue Officer

With over 30 years of experience, Robert has made a career out of assisting customers solve complex business problems through his extensive experience in critical thinking and problem solving. From designing communications platforms to optimizing operations, he can quickly understand the needs of the customer and propose the best solution for right now while formulating the plan for continuous improvements.


Robert started his career developing software and then enlisted in the US Navy where he ran nuclear power plants – the world’s best training for critical thinking and problem solving.


Latterly, Robert joined AWS for the launch of Amazon Connect. During his tenure, he held various Product Management and Global Implementation roles within the Amazon Connect team. He was pivotal in developing Go To Market strategies for Amazon Connect, folding in market knowledge, customer feedback and experience to enhance features and develop a comprehensive road map. His extensive experience in the Telecommunications and Energy sectors were beneficial when he spearheaded the Amazon Connect launch into Japan and ASEAN.


At Symbee, Robert’s role is to help customers evaluate what Symbee offers and help them implement Symbee and AWS where it can fit their needs. He achieves this through customer understanding and communications combined with deep knowledge of the industry which ultimately leads to satisfied customers.
